Whether you’re a complete beginner who wants to get more out of your digital camera or you have already got some experience and want to learn new techniques, then this is the course for you.

Renowned photographer Ian Cameron will guide through the advantages (and disadvantages) of digital photography as well as in depth studies of camera functions, lenses, tripods, filters and other accessories to get you started. Small tasks will be set on a weekly basis to encourage the individual to grasp certain elements of photography with on going advice and examples.

  • Block of 5 weeks
  • Aimed at anybody wanting to get back into photography or thinking about starting out.  Also for those who need to build confidence in using the camera.
  • Number of students:  Max 10 / Min 6, aged 16+

About the Tutor: Local freelance photographer Ian Cameron’s awe inspiring landscape images can be found in many magazines, calendars and now his own book ‘Transient Light’. Ian is a regular tutor at Moray Art Centre offering masterclasses in landscape photography.
