Statement from the Board of Trustees, Moray Art Centre

At the end of August 2026, Moray Art Centre will end the lease on our long-standing home in the Field of Dreams, The Park, Findhorn. This decision has been made after much careful consideration and marks the end of an important chapter for the organisation.

Our home in Findhorn has been at the heart of our work for many years, providing a place for artists to exhibit, people to learn and create, and communities to come together. We are enormously grateful to everyone who has been part of that history.

For the immediate future, we plan to cease all activities from our current premises and take a pause to recharge and refocus. During this time, we will consider the next phase for the Moray Art Centre charity, building on the successes of the last two years and our evolving interests and partnerships. We look forward to returning with new and exciting plans for the future and will be sure to share updates through our website and social media platforms as these plans develop.

We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years; our fantastic volunteers, talented tutors, exhibitors, members and friends as well as all our visitors, and of course everyone who has taken part in our classes and workshops. We very much look forward to working with you again as the next chapter takes shape.
